The Gym Group Customer Survey prize draw competition Terms & Conditions

1. At times The Gym Group may choose to send an email to a randomly selected group of their members at one or more gyms, inviting them to participate in a Customer Survey. At The Gym Group’s discretion participants of the survey may have the chance to enter in to a prize draw.
2. Prize Draw open to members of The Gym Group who are residents of Great Britain aged over 16, excluding employees of The Gym Group, their family, and any other person associated with this promotion. This is a free prize draw. Entrants are not required to make any purchase to enter. Only one entry may be made per person per month. By entering this prize draw, applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter the prize draw, simply complete our online customer survey by clicking the link on your email invitation. On completion of the survey select yes when asked “would you like to enter our prize draw”. Entries must include your contact information. Entry is by online submission only.
4. In order to qualify for the prize draw, your entry must be submitted by the last day of each month for that month’s draw. The closing time of the prize draw is 23.59 on that date (the “Deadline”). The winner will be drawn within the first 7 days of the next month. Incomplete entries will not count. Entries received after the Deadline will automatically be entered in to the following month’s prize draw.
5. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
6. The Gym Group Customer Survey, and consequent prize draw, may not be run each month. The months they do run will be at The Gym Group’s discretion.
7. The personal information provided by the entrant to enter the prize draw will be used to administer this prize draw and to contact the winner. Information provided by you shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, details of which can be found at www.thegymgroup.com/privacy-cookie-policy.
8. The prize is £250. One (1) winner shall be drawn within the first 7 days of the next month. One (1) prize per person. No alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prize. Prizes are not transferable. The Gym Group reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9. The Gym Group will select at random one (1) winner. Only the winner will be contacted by The Gym Group. The winner will be notified within 3 days of that winner being chosen. The Gym Group’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. To claim the prize, winners shall agree to a winner’s name and location being published in any medium by The Gym Group and/or any affiliated company.
11. Where The Gym Group is unable to contact the winner within 4 days of choosing that winner, or any prize cannot be taken up or is declined, a substitute winner may be drawn or chosen (as the case maybe) at The Gym Group’s discretion without further notice to the original winner and the original winner shall cease to be eligible for the prize or any alternative and shall have no claim against The Gym Group. Prize winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity associated with this promotion.
12. In the event of a dispute, the decision of The Gym Group is final.
13. The Gym Group reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
14. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
